Anger outbursts

Understand the problem before to solve it

Introduction

Let’s start with the fact that anger is one of the basic emotions, just like happiness, sadness, anxiety, or disgust.

But when does anger become a problem?

How many times have you felt anger bubbling up inside, only to suddenly explode over something that might seem trivial, yet feels completely uncontrollable?

In those moments, you might find yourself raising your voice at someone in front of you or even breaking objects.

Obvious behaviours

It’s as if, in those moments, you “stop thinking rationally“.

Often, after such an “anger outburst“, feelings of guilt or frustration set in, as you realize your reaction may have been “disproportionate.”

You may promise yourself that it won’t happen again, yet you find yourself caught in the same cycle before you even realize it, fueling a sense of guilt, frustration, and shame.
